Six crafts, one engineering standard
Frontend, Backend, Mobile, DevOps, QA and Data Science — the people behind every line of code that touches production. Each team owns its craft end-to-end; all six share the same contracts: one audit log, one CI pipeline, one critical-path matrix, one SLO envelope, one on-call rotation.
Quality Assurance Engineering
We are the team that finds the bug a customer would have found — before a customer finds it. Every release candidate runs through a critical-path scenario matrix that hits the happy path, every known error path, and the unexplored paths our property-based tests generated overnight. A release that does not pass QA does not ship, and a release that ships without a known regression is the contract we sign.

We turn the audit log into decisions — anomaly signals, health scores, reconciliation analytics and the dashboards that tell an operations lead whether the platform is healthy. Our models are explainable by requirement, not by accident, and our predictions are auditable because any operator may ask why. A black box on an alert path is a liability we cannot defend, so we do not ship one.
ExploreFrontend Engineering
We design and ship the interfaces people actually trust with their data — bilingual by default, RTL-first by conviction, and accessible from the first commit. Every pixel we draw has an audit trail back to a design decision, a research finding, or a regulatory requirement. A misaligned number is not a typo here; it is a broken promise — so we test against the same critical-path scenarios our backend ships to.
ExploreBackend Engineering
We build the event ledgers, state machines and APIs that never lose a record or an explanation. Every event we touch is recorded exactly once by construction, idempotent by contract, and replayable from the first byte to the last. When an auditor asks "what happened to this record three months ago", our answer comes from an immutable audit log — not from someone's memory.
ExploreMobile Engineering
We build the iOS and Android apps people open to review a record, sign an approval and authorize a change. They have to load on a five-year-old phone over a flaky 3G connection, work offline when the network drops, and recover gracefully from a backgrounded session the user forgot they had open. A crash during a critical approval is not a metric; it is an incident.
ExploreDevOps & Platform Engineering
We run the rails every release rides on — the build pipeline, the canary rollout, the secret store, the SLO dashboards and the rollback lever an on-call engineer can pull at 3am without waking anyone else. We do not ship features; we ship the confidence that lets other teams ship features. A good week is one nobody noticed, because nothing broke.
